Who we are

This website is run by LIMINALOGIC SRL, CUI 48316700, Reg. Com. J2023010837404 ("Liminalogic", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@liminalogic.dev.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you add it), your message and the language of the page you wrote from.

When you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

When you use the free automation plan, we receive and keep your description of the process or feature, the optional apps and volumes you add, your answers to any follow-up questions, the plan itself and the language of the page. To allow one plan per person, we also keep a random ID stored in your browser and a keyed hash of your IP address (never the address itself). Please don’t put names, emails or other personal details in the description. If you send us the plan, we also receive your name, email address, company (if you add it) and note.

Our server briefly processes your IP address to deliver the site and to limit abuse of the contact form and the plan tool.

We count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host ourselves. It records the page you open, the site that sent you, your browser, device type and country, and clicks on buttons such as “Ask for a call”. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn’t store your IP address: it uses it only to work out your country. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is counted. We don’t use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To reply to your message and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

To make your plan, to limit it to one per person, and to read what businesses ask for so we can improve our work, based on our legitimate interest. If you send us the plan, we use it to reply, as with any enquiry.

To protect the site against spam and abuse, based on our legitimate interest in keeping it working.

To see which pages are useful and improve the site, based on our legitimate interest. Visit statistics are aggregated and never used to identify you.

Who else sees it

Your message is delivered by our own email server and stored with our hosting provider in the European Union. Visit statistics stay on our own server in the European Union. We don’t sell your data or share it for marketing.

To make a plan, your description is sent to an AI model through OpenCode Zen (opencode.ai), which acts as our processor. Its model providers don’t use requests to train their models; some keep requests for up to 30 days to prevent abuse.

If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly processes that booking under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, including plans you send us, for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the contract’s own retention rules apply. Plans you don’t send us are deleted after 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@liminalogic.dev.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
