We keep it running, and keep it improving.

Automations and tools need looking after: suppliers change their emails, apps update, your business grows. With a care plan, we watch everything we built, fix problems early and make small improvements every month.

Common questions.

Do we need a care plan?

No. Everything we build is documented so you or another team can run it. The care plan is for when you’d rather not think about it.

Can you look after something you didn’t build?

Often, yes. We start with a review of what you have and tell you honestly what state it’s in.

Can we stop at any time?

Yes. You own everything, so stopping just means we hand over the latest documentation.
