Take the repetitive work off your team.

We automate one process end to end: reading emails and documents, moving data between your apps, drafting replies. A person approves anything that matters before it goes out.

A good fit when

  • Someone on your team copies the same data between apps every day
  • Work waits in an inbox until someone has time to sort it
  • Most mistakes happen when someone re-types data by hand
  • You’d rather not hire just to keep up with admin

What we automate

Invoices and payments

Supplier invoices read from email, matched to orders, posted to accounting.

Orders and stock

New orders pulled from every channel, stock checked, suppliers emailed.

Requests and replies

Enquiries sorted, answered with a draft, and routed to the right person.

Reports

The weekly numbers collected from your apps and sent as a short summary.

What’s included

  • Mapping the process with the people who do it today
  • The automation, built in tools that suit you (n8n, custom code, or both)
  • Approval steps wherever a person should decide
  • A log of every run, so you can see what happened
  • Documentation and a handover session

How it works

  1. 1

    Map

We sit with the person who does the work and write down every step.

  2. 2

    Plan

You get a written plan and a fixed-price quote.

  3. 3

    Build

We build it, with approval steps, and test it on your real data.

  4. 4

    Run

It runs alongside your team for a while, then on its own.

Common questions.

Which tools do you work with?

Whatever you already use: email, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your shop or booking system, your accounting software, spreadsheets. If it has an API or an export, we can usually work with it.

Do you use no-code tools or write code?

Both. We use n8n where it keeps things simple to change, and write code where reliability or speed needs it. You get whichever is easier to own.

What happens when something unusual comes in?

The workflow stops and asks a person. We design the approval steps so unusual cases never go out unchecked.

Which process takes your team the most time?

Tell us about it. We’ll map it with you and tell you what automating it would take.
